Derek helps business leaders take their game to the next level and drive measurable results that yield substantial value for their ventures.

Doug is Ritmo’s finance guru and leads all aspects of our financial client services, including deep FP&A projects, fundraising and transaction preparation, performance reporting and metric evaluation, operational finance support, modeling, and financial reporting projects. He has extensive experience in sophisticated financial services as an accounting professional and an exceptional track record as an operating CFO in fast-paced, complex environments and brings this depth of experience to each Ritmo engagement.
